Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint Review + Swatches

Happy New Years everyone! I know I know, I took another month long hiatus, but December was literally the most busy month of the year, work wise and life wise. On my free time, I was busy shopping for gifts, or wrapping gifts, decorating the house for the holidays, etc etc. I have many plans to make this a better year for my blog, and hopefully I'll be able to manage my time better, and push out more blog posts! As much as I love Christmas and the holidays, I've never been more stressed in my life LOL. This was my first year doing Christmas and a full time job, so it was very stressful.

Back to the review. Today's review will be on the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna, Stunna Lip Paint. As soon as I saw the packaging for this product, I KNEW I had to get my hands on it. I'm a packaging type of person, and if something has gorgeous packaging, I will purchase it regardless of the contents.

Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint is a soft matte lip paint, in a gorgeous universal red that works for all skin tones. It provides a 12 hour weightless, comfortable wear.

I can't get over the gorgeous packaging. It's absolutely beautiful. I normally don't wear red lipsticks, but this packaging totally won me over.

The red itself comes off as a very deep, blood red. I feel like it has a nice blue undertone to it, which is my favourite type of red to wear. The formula is very comfortable and the colour payoff is amazing.

Don't mind my custy skin. It was a long day and my skin has been dry as hell this winter. The applicator is a weird round tipped sponge, so I was a bit worried I wouldn't be able to get any clean edges. To my surprise, I was able to line my lips perfectly! It filled my lips wonderfully, and didn't make my lips feel dry at all. There is a bit of transferring, but wearing it throughout the day, even though I drank and ate, the colour still stayed on! I feel like it's a good mixture of a liquid lipstick and a lip stain.

Overall, I think that the Stunna Lip Paint is definitely a red to have in your collection. The formula is very unique and I feel like it does work for various skintones. I'm really hoping Rihanna comes out with other shades for the lip paint, because this stuff is amazing.
