L'oreal Infallible Pro-Last Lip Colour Review

I'm surprised to see that these liquid lipsticks/lip colours aren't more popular. These are probably my favourite drug store liquid lipsticks/lip colours. I know I ranted and raved about the Rimmel Provocalips 16 Hour Kiss Proof Lip Colours, but I think these are WAY better.

With 14 beautiful shades to choose from (freaking 24 shades in the US), these lip colours are to die for. They are super intense, opaque lip colours that last for 24 hours! I don't know how L'oreal did it, but these lip colours are the most amazing things ever. What I love about this line compared to the Rimmel Provocalips, is the colour range is way better, and the packaging is gorgeous.

This is my favourite shade of the three that I picked. It's the perfect "your lips but better" lip colour. If anything, it looks like I'm just wearing a nice lip gloss, because it's my perfect nude!

With these lip colours, you need to make sure your lips are opened and apart, so they can set properly, before applying the balm. I made the mistake of closing my mouth, so you can see, between my lips there's a bit of colour separation.

This iridescent baby pink is not much of a win for me. I love the shade, but the shimmery, frost look just doesn't cut it.

Similar to the Rimmel Provocalips, you would apply the colour first, keep your lips apart for about a minute, and then apply the lip balm to seal in the colour.

L'oreal Infallible Pro-Last Lip Colour in "Raisin Revival"

This is another shade that was up my alley. When I first swatched it, I was a bit apprehensive if I would like it or not. This was one shade that really came off a bit transparent. Luckily, with about 2-3 coats, the colour pay-off is awesome. This shade leans more towards a lip stain that a lipstick/lip colour like the rest.

I love deep berry/purple shades. This one is a great shade for those who don't want a purple that's super out there.

Another reason why I prefer the L'oreal lip colours over the Rimmel ones, is that this one has an actual balm stick, instead of one you apply with the applicator.

The main difference between this lip colour and the Rimmel one, is that the Rimmel one has better staying power and is way more opaque. The formulation is outstanding with the Rimmel Provocalips, where this one is better because the colours are more wearable in my opinion. These transfer resistant lip colours work great for people like me, who hate having to reapply lipstick throughout the day. With the balm, you don't have to worry about your lips drying out! Just apply more balm as needed. I absolutely love this product, and I am definitely purchasing more colours.

Will you be trying any of these lip colours?
