To think that a simple thing such as a pillow, could change your life? It's definitely possible. I'm the type of person to love trying new things, and I was excited to see if something as simple as a pillow, could make a huge impact on my life.

Now I was a bit hesitant on the fact I would be putting a pillow filled with water on my bed, but don't worry, the seal itself that you fill the water in is pretty tight, and there's no way to loosen it accidentally while sleeping.
You're provided with this "key"/funnel that you use to twist open the cap of the pillow, and you attach it to the pillow to fill water in.

You then attach the funnel onto the pillow, and fill up to your desired needs. The pillow comes with instructions to determine how much water is needed based on the type of firmness you like. I love having my pillow fluffy and firm so I filled it with 4 litres of water. The instructions also state you push out all the air before you put the cap back on, to reduce the sloshing water around when you move your head.
At first, I tried my best to reduce all the sloshing of the water, by getting as much air out as I could. There was still a bit of sloshing, but I honestly don't notice it while I'm sleeping.
Verdict? The pillow has changed the way I sleep, immensely. I got constant headaches everyday, due to a lingering neck pain I have. Who knew having the wrong pillow would affect my everyday life. It's been a little over a week and I haven't had any neck pain or headaches since using this pillow. I've never had such good sleep in so long, it's absolutely amazing. I finally fall into super deep sleep that I don't even hear my alarms in the morning for work LOL. I don't know if that's a good thing. I've recommended this pillow to many of my family members and friends who've asked me about it. Yes putting water in your pillow sounds super strange, but it works!
